Hello!
Hi, I'm Roman Pivovarov, cofounder of ADCONSULT, a consulting and networking project for advertising and media agencies.
A few times a year I travel with small groups of agency founders and senior leaders to meet peers in other markets to compare notes, build connections, and understand how the industry works on the ground.

ADCONSULT networking trips 2012—2026
Since 2012, we’ve organized 49 networking journeys across 25+ markets.
Over the years, we’ve visited 600+ agencies and brought together 500+ agency leaders across creative, media, digital, strategy, production, and adtech.
This February we’ll be in Mumbai for two days of agency visits.
Mumbai: Feb 19–20, 2026
If you’re open to it, we’d love to stop by for a short networking meeting with your team.
Typical meeting time is 40-60 minutes.

ADCONSULT at Ogilvy, Sao Paulo, 2016
No delegation, no “official agenda”, no sales pitch.
Just a small group of colleagues meeting peers to exchange context and perspectives.
Think of us as an informal club of agency owners.
If it’s useful, we can also briefly compare how cross-border cooperation between agencies usually works in practice — referrals, joint pitches, delivery support, or local production — without turning the meeting into a business negotiation.

We treat these meetings as off-the-record by default (no recording, no quoting without your permission).
No client briefs and no immediate business requests — we’re here to build context and relationships first.
And there are no costs involved for hosts — no payment requested or offered.

We come from different markets and agency backgrounds: creative, digital, media, strategy, production, adtech.
Participants are founders, partners, or senior leadership.
Our goal is simple: understand how the local market is structured, what’s changing, and where collaboration between agencies and their clients realistically happens (and where it doesn’t).

Hosts usually get three practical things:
— a candid peer-to-peer exchange (no “stage mode”);
— context about other markets and how agency models evolve under different conditions;
— new relationships that sometimes turn into referrals, partnerships, or hires later.
Sometimes these conversations stay as useful contacts — and sometimes they turn into practical collaboration later.
Many agencies in our groups have clients who are curious about India, so we’re also trying to understand which local partners are a good fit when a real case appears.

If you’re open to a visit, please message me.
Even a short “yes / no / maybe later” helps a lot.

What are the objectives of this visit?
To meet peers in Mumbai’s agency ecosystem and understand the market from inside: how teams are structured, what clients demand, what’s changing, and what local agency economics look like today.
In parallel, we’re building a shortlist of agencies we’d trust to collaborate with in India — for referrals, joint work, or local support — if and when a real case comes up.
What's the benefit for you as hosts?
A short, candid conversation with a group of agency founders/leaders who work in other markets.
No requests for your clients, no pitching services. You decide how deep to go — we follow your comfort level.
Why India?
India is one of the most dynamic agency markets globally — scale, speed, talent, and strong local specifics.
We want to see how agencies build value and grow in a market that’s both huge and highly competitive.
Why Mumbai?
Mumbai is a major hub for advertising and media decision-making, with a dense concentration of agencies, production, and brand teams.
For a two-day visit, it’s the most efficient place to get real market context quickly.
What's the agenda?
Typically: 2–4 visits per day, each 40–60 minutes.
We keep travel time realistic and don’t try to “collect logos”.
Quality over quantity.
What will the meeting look like?
Usually it’s a quick round of introductions and brief agency credentials followed by a round-table conversation with partners/founders or senior leaders.
We share context from our markets, ask questions, and compare approaches.
If you want, we can also do a short office tour — but it’s not required.
Who's coming?
A small group (usually 6–12 people) of agency founders and senior leaders.
Industries: creative, media, digital, strategy, production, adtech.
Who is in the group?
People from different countries and different agency models.
We don’t publish a full list online by default — but if you’d like, I can share a short summary of the group privately.
Who are you, Roman?
I’ve been working with agencies and media companies for 20+ years as a consultant and industry connector.
ADCONSULT is a consulting project focused on agency growth, positioning, sales, and market strategy.
What's the background of this project?
For many years we’ve organized small networking visits in different cities.
The format stays consistent: peer conversations, no formal delegation, no “sponsor agenda”, no client business brought into the room.
Since 2012 we’ve organized 50+ similar international networking events for the advertising community in over 25 countries.

ADCONSULT networking projects, 2012—2026
Over these 13 years we've met and collaborated with 500+ agencies worldwide, big and small, local and multinationals.
Initially, ADCONSULT was a networking project for the advertising, media, and digital industry in Russophone (Russian-speaking) markets, including Russia, ex-USSR countries, Eastern Europe, and other regions with a significant Russian-speaking presence.
We brought together approximately 1200 agencies for networking, collaboration, and joint projects.
In 2020 we’ve moved our offices to Subotica (Serbia) and Buenos Aires (Argentina) to broaden the scope of participating agencies that join us on these journeys.
Are you trying to sell us something?
No.
This is not a sales meeting.
We don’t sell services during visits and we don’t bring client briefs.
If something useful emerges organically later — great, but that’s not the purpose of the visit.

If you’re open to hosting us in Mumbai on Feb 19–20, please message me and we’ll coordinate a convenient time.
Even if you’re not the right person — I’d appreciate a quick pointer to the colleague who handles agency partnerships, new business, or international connections.
